  • Half grapefruit juice
  • 10 to 12 tbsp sugar
  • 2 or 3 tbsp avocado oil

Squeeze out half grapefruit in a bowl and pour the oil in it, add sugar at the end after you mix the juice and oil properly because mixing sugar too much will dissolve the sugar and we don’t need it dissolved. Just like any other exfoliating scrub, don’t massage too much as it can damage the skin; massaging for a couple of minutes is enough for the face skin.

  • 2 or 3 lemons
  • 2 or 3 tsp honey
  • 1 or 2 tbsp sugar, it is optional

Squeeze lemons and add honey in it, mix well and add sugar if you want to remove the dead skin layer on the face. Massage it in the circular motion and make the skin shiny within a couple of minutes.
